The Coffee County Memory Project presents “Playback & FastFORWARD” at the Martin Centre in Douglas. Celebrating the voices of local oral history contributors who shared their firsthand experiences of school desegregation, the event features dramatic renditions, short documentaries, and a special performance by the Coffee High School Choir featuring anthems from schools closed during the desegregation and consolidation era.
