This plenary session (the second of two) is part of a conference celebrating undergraduate research in the classroom and in print. Dr. Brandi K. Adams, of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, will discuss how the diversity of university students in the late 16th and early 17th centuries influenced the political, social, and urban landscape of London—and relate the early modern period to the current era.
