How Journalists and the Public Shape our Democracy

thumbnail_MediaGuide_cov_webA panel of journalists will discuss the role of the media in a democracy, the responsibilities of citizens to inform themselves, how to spot “fake news,” and more at the Gwinnett Public Library in Suwanee. Karyn Greer, CBS46 news anchor, will moderate the panel. Audience Q&A will follow. The program is part of the Democracy and the Informed Citizen initiative.
