SUMMARY:Upson Historical Society: Weaving Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Cindy Bowden of the Chipley Historical Center in Pine Mountain will lead a weaving workshop that explores Thomaston’s role as a textile community. Participants will learn the basics of spinning thread and work on a weaving project they can take home at the end of the workshop. This program is supported by a grant from Georgia Humanities. \n
