From I-95 North: Take Exit 49. Turn left (east) onto Hwy 251. Follow Hwy 251 to US Hwy 17. Turn right (south) onto US Hwy 17. Go approximately 1.5 miles on US Hwy 17 South. Historic Darien Hotel will be on the right side of the street, across from Friendly Express.
From I-95 South: Take Exit 42. Turn right (east) onto GA Hwy 99. Follow Hwy 99 to US Hwy 17. Turn left (north) onto US Hwy 17. Go approximately 2.5 miles on US Hwy 17 North, into Darien. Historic Darien Hotel will be on the left side of the street, across from Friendly Express.
